Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the processing of personal data through the VPNDV marketing website, user panel and subscription services. It explains the purposes for using data, retention principles and ways to submit requests. Data handled on third-party payment pages is also subject to the relevant payment provider’s policies.

Account and Order Data

VPNDV registration does not require an email address; a username and password are enough. Account details are used for authentication, subscription delivery and account management. Passwords are stored in a verification format that cannot be directly reversed. An email address is not required for registration or service activation. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, they are used only to handle that request.

Order records include the selected plan, payment status, transaction reference, data usage and subscription status. They are used to verify delivery, calculate remaining data, and handle billing and refunds. Data usage is aggregated information needed for billing; it does not include websites visited, page content or search history. Support ticket content helps identify the issue raised. Please remove passwords, full subscription URLs and unrelated information before submitting a ticket.

No-Logs Policy and Troubleshooting

VPNDV follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit or store browsing content, destination website addresses, DNS query history or connection logs that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Account usage and order records are handled separately from browsing activity logs; browsing content is not collected for billing.

Temporary status information needed to maintain an active connection is used only while that connection is running and released when it ends; it is not converted into persistent connection logs. Troubleshooting may use service error information that does not include browsing destinations. Diagnostic information submitted by a user is handled for the purpose of the relevant support ticket. The no-logs policy does not mean that account, billing or website security error records are never retained.

Site Analytics and Browser Storage

Website analytics help us understand page usage, traffic sources and whether navigation works smoothly. They may involve page paths, visit times, browser categories and approximate location information, but are not used to track browsing activity over international routes. Analytics should avoid collecting account passwords, authentication credentials and subscription URLs, and records are not combined to create personal browsing profiles.

Cookies may be used for necessary session or analytics identification. Local storage is used to save login status, language selection and interface preferences. Authentication credentials are sensitive information; log out after using a shared device. Users can clear cookies and site storage through their browser. After clearing them, they may need to log in again, and some preferences may return to their defaults. Clearing browser data does not automatically delete a server-side account.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

VPNDV supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment authorization, fund transfers and any verification required by the payment provider are handled by the relevant third party. VPNDV uses necessary order identifiers, payment results and transaction references to verify orders; it does not collect payment account login passwords. Please review the privacy information on the payment page before paying.

Personal data is not sold, except where necessary to deliver subscriptions, handle user requests or meet applicable legal requirements. When data must be shared with a service partner, the purpose and scope of the data should be limited, and appropriate safeguards should be required. When information is provided as required by law, only data actually held and relevant to the request is provided.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account details are retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to manage the service. Order and transaction records are retained for account reconciliation, dispute handling and as required by applicable law. Support tickets and website analytics are kept only as long as needed to handle requests, troubleshoot issues or perform analysis, then deleted or de-identified when their purpose is fulfilled. There is no single fixed retention period for all data, and analytics do not extend the retention period for account details.

Users can request access to, correction of or deletion of account data through a user panel support ticket. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Records related to pending orders, refunds or legal retention obligations may not be deleted at the same time. The outcome should explain what data is retained and why. Corresponding data in backups is removed as backups rotate and is not used for routine business operations.

Policy Updates and Questions

If data purposes, processing methods or request channels change, VPNDV will update this page and revise the month shown as the last update. Significant changes affecting user rights will be announced on the website or through the user panel. Users can revisit this page to review the current policy. An update notice does not replace any authorization required by law.

For privacy questions or data requests, use a user panel support ticket. Specify the account matter and the outcome you are seeking, and avoid submitting unrelated sensitive information. See the Terms of Service for service use and order rules.
