Menus vary between platforms and client versions. This guide uses common labels such as “Subscription,” “Configuration,” and “Import from URL.” The exact wording may differ in your dashboard or on your device. Look for the option that performs the task rather than an exact label match.
Create an Account and Open the Dashboard
Select the “Free Trial” link below to open the VPNDV user dashboard—not this page. To create an account, you only need a username and password; no email required. Choose a username you can save easily and a password you don’t use elsewhere. Check your details before submitting so you don’t save an accidental space. The trial link does not mean a plan is active; check the plan status in your dashboard to see whether your subscription is available.
After creating your account, follow the prompts to open the account overview. If you’re redirected to a login screen, sign in with the username and password you saved. You should see your account details and plan information. If you haven’t chosen a plan yet, the overview may prompt you to activate service. That’s the next step—there’s no need to create another account or look for servers in your client yet.
Save your login details in a trusted password manager before choosing a plan. You’ll use the same account when switching devices, getting your subscription, or contacting support. If your username is unavailable, choose another one as prompted. If you don’t see a success message after submitting, check the error details near the form, then visit the Help Center for account assistance. Don’t submit repeatedly.
Choose a Plan and Complete Your Order
In the Plans section of your dashboard, first choose between a monthly plan and a data package, then pick one that suits your typical usage. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the order details shown in your dashboard before upgrading; don’t assume the price difference adds a full month’s data.
Data packages suit users who want to manage spending based on usage. They cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data is available until used and never expires. Check the billing terms carefully: monthly plans and data packages have different billing periods. If you’re unsure how much data you need, review the full details on the Plans page before choosing in your dashboard. All plans support unlimited devices, but check actual usage in your account.
Check the plan name, amount, and data allowance in your order, then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Follow the payment page instructions and return to your dashboard when finished to check the order status. Don’t assume activation just because the payment window closed, and don’t pay again if the overview hasn’t updated yet. Refresh the order or overview; the selected plan should appear as active with the relevant subscription options.
If payment is complete but your plan status hasn’t updated, keep your order details and contact support through the dashboard. VPNDV offers a 30-day money-back guarantee; see the Terms of Service for the full refund policy. Once the overview confirms your plan is active, continue to subscription setup. This helps distinguish an account activation issue from a client import problem.
Get and Save Your Subscription Link
Open the account overview in your dashboard and look for an option to import a subscription, view its link, or copy it. The subscription provides server configuration to your client; it is not your username and password or a regular website address. If the dashboard offers one-click import for your client, install the client first, then use that option. If your device isn’t associated with the app, copying the link and importing it manually makes each step easier to verify.
Paste the copied link into the client’s subscription URL or remote configuration field—not a search engine, browser search box, or local configuration file picker. Check for spaces, line breaks, or missing characters at either end. The link shown in your dashboard is account information; don’t share it in public chats, forums, or screenshots. When contacting support, you can share the error message, but hide the full subscription link.
The address below is only an example of the link format. It cannot retrieve VPNDV servers or connect you to the service. For setup, use the link shown in your dashboard after signing in. This guide does not display a real subscription link.
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
If there’s no subscription option in the overview, first check that you’re signed in to the account used for payment and that your plan is active. If there are several import options, follow the instructions in the download section for your client. Don’t import one configuration format into a different client at random. After copying the link, continue to the section for your operating system. You can leave the dashboard open; there’s no need to keep refreshing the subscription before importing it.
Import on Each Platform
Choose the VPNDV client for your device and its import instructions in the dashboard’s download section. You need a network client that can use subscription configurations—not a browser extension or a general web tool. Available downloads depend on your account status, so confirm your plan is active first. The links below open the dashboard; they don’t lead to public installers. VPNDV supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The steps below cover common devices.
Windows: Import from the Subscription or Configuration Section
Choose the Windows client in the dashboard’s download section, follow the instructions to get and install it, then open the app. Find a page labeled “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or something similar, and choose to import from a URL, link, or remote address. Paste the subscription link copied from your account overview into the address field. If a name is required, use one that’s easy for you to recognize; it won’t affect the subscription.
After saving, update or download the configuration and wait for the server list to appear. If the import finishes but the default configuration is still active, select the subscription you just added in the configuration list, then open the server selection page. You should see servers by region, not just the subscription name you entered. Leave advanced rules unchanged for now. You can customize the settings after completing the connection test below.
macOS: Add and Select a Remote Configuration
Choose the macOS client in the dashboard and install it as instructed. When you open it for the first time, watch for system prompts about network components or permissions. The subscription option may be in the client’s configuration manager or accessible from its menu bar icon. Open configuration or subscription management, choose to add a remote configuration, paste the subscription link, and save. Then update it manually to load the servers.
Once the servers appear, check that this configuration is enabled. Some clients separate “Save configuration” and “Enable configuration”; saving alone won’t change your network connection. If macOS asks to allow a network configuration, check the app source and prompt details, then follow the client’s instructions. Dismissing the prompt doesn’t grant permission. When you can see the available servers, return to the main screen to connect.
Android: Import from a Link and Allow the Connection
Choose the Android client in the dashboard’s download section and install it as prompted on your device. In the client, open the configuration or subscription page and choose to add a subscription, import from a URL, or use remote configuration. Paste your account link, save it, and update the subscription. If the dashboard offers one-click import, Android may ask which app to open it with; choose the client you installed that matches the dashboard instructions.
Once the server list appears, select the subscription configuration and return to the connection page. The first time you connect, Android typically asks for permission to establish a network connection. Follow the client instructions to allow it. If you dismiss the prompt, try connecting again to bring it back. Keep the app running while you test the connection. If it disconnects only when in the background, see the Help Center for troubleshooting battery-saving and background restrictions.
iOS: Add a Subscription Using the Dashboard Instructions
Select iOS in the user dashboard and check the available client and installation instructions. Follow the dashboard guide to get the appropriate app from the App Store. After installing it, look for an option to add a subscription in the app’s subscription, configuration, or server management section. If the dashboard offers one-click import for that app, you can open it from the dashboard and check the imported details. Don’t enter a subscription link as if it were a single server address.
After saving the subscription, update it and check that the server names have loaded. Select the configuration you want to use. When connecting, iOS may ask permission to add a VPN configuration; authorize it using your device’s system prompt. This permission lets the client establish a network connection; it doesn’t replace signing in to your account. If the import option or format has a different name than in this guide, follow the dashboard instructions for your app. Test the connection once the servers have loaded.
On all platforms, check that the subscription saved successfully, the update completed without errors, the server list is visible, and the right configuration is selected. If an update fails, check your plan in the overview first, then make sure the link is complete. Don’t change clients, configuration formats, and network settings all at once; checking one thing at a time makes it easier to find the cause. Linux users can find the relevant instructions in the dashboard’s download section. For complex setup issues, visit the Help Center.
Choose a Server and Verify Your Connection
Open the server selection section in your client and choose a server that matches the region requirements of the service you want to use. Then turn on the connection switch on the main screen. For your first connection, test the basic setup before enabling advanced routing rules. A “Connected” status means the app has attempted to connect, but you still need to test access in practice. See the server list for regions. Coverage includes 120+ countries / 230+ servers; this doesn’t mean every server meets every service’s regional requirements.
Before connecting, open a network test page and note your current exit details. After connecting, run the test again and compare the results. If your client uses rule-based routing, the test request may not use the selected server. If your exit details haven’t changed, check the current mode and whether the test page is routed through the proxy before assuming the client isn’t working. If the test page can’t retrieve your details, that alone doesn’t confirm a connection failure; continue by testing the website you need.
Next, open the international website or app you want to use. Check that the page loads fully, you can sign in, and its main features work. Pages already open may keep an old connection or cached data, so reopen them if needed before comparing. For streaming, loading the home page doesn’t guarantee that a particular title will play; account region, content licensing, and exit region can all matter. See the full streaming access guide for more on how this works. This page focuses on getting connected.
If the service you need doesn’t work, first check that the client is still connected. Then update the subscription, check the selected configuration, and try another server in a suitable region. Change one setting at a time and test again so you can tell what helped. To get support, note your device’s operating system, client name, selected region, and error message, then submit a ticket through the user dashboard. Hide your subscription link and sensitive account details in screenshots.
Once both the exit check and access to the service work as expected, the basic setup is complete. To use the same account subscription on another device, import it for that platform and connect separately; unlimited devices doesn’t mean client settings sync automatically. In daily use, check the client’s connection status and update your subscription when servers change. You don’t need to create an account or pay again each time you connect.
